Obituary of Howard Leon Sanders

Howard 'Leon' Sanders was born November 9, 1939 in Lake Wales, FL. He went home to be with his savior on January 17th with his loved ones by his sides. A member of the Presbyterian Church of the Good Shepard and an Air Force veteran. He retired from the Brevard County Mosquito Control. As a member of Port Malabar Pistol & Rifle Club, he was instrumental in building the black powder range and later active in shotgun sports. He was a member of the NMLRA and a life member of the NRA. He was a past member of the American Mountain Men. He is survived by his wife, Karen J. Sanders; daughters Debbie Smith, Lisa Paolella and Jessica (Sean) Sanders; son Carl (Denise) Clark; grandson Joe Smith; great grandson Trenten Smith; nieces Tammy and Tanya Smrek. He is predeceased by his parents Howard Perkingson Sanders and Nellie Annette Peck; sister Charlotte Smrek and brother Donald Sanders.
