Obituary of Jim Parnell

Jim Parnell, age 79 of Melbourne, FL., passed away on July 30, 2018. Jim participated in 69 mission trips. He completed the Boston Marathon, the Charlotte Marathon 3 times and the Marine Corp. Marathon 3 times in Washington DC. Jim was an amazing father and is survived by his sons, Kyle and Keith Parnell; sister Sandra Parnell; brother Tony Parnell; grandchildren, Kody, Tyler, Alison, Ryan and Ayden Parnell. Jim will be laid to rest with military honors at 1:00pm on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at the Historic Salisbury National Cemetery, 202 Government Rd., Salisbury, NC 28144.
