Obituary of Bradly Roger Bettin

Bradly Roger Bettin, Jr. passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, as the result of a drug overdose. He was born on December 4, 1989 in Melbourne, FL, where he grew up and lived most of his adult life. Bradly had a charming personality and befriended everyone he encountered. He loved people deeply, he had a huge heart and was always willing to give the shirt off his back to someone in need. While Bradly often had a joyful, carefree attitude about life, he also struggled with mental illness, from which he eventually stumbled into the dark world of drugs. Addiction took over his life and he fought a long, hard battle with the destructive disease. Through it all, Bradly was fiercely loved by family and friends. Bradly is survived by his son, Rylan, and daughter, Abigail, and the mother of his children, Bethany Horton; his parents Brad Bettin, Sr. and Ann Pettengill Roccon; sister Samantha Harrison (Brian); brother Brennen Bettin. He also leaves his maternal grandparents, Dr. Howard and Ellen Pettengill, Jr. and his paternal grandfather, Roger Bettin (Carolyn), along with several loving aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces. A memorial service will be held on March 23rd at 4pm at Freedom Christian Center, 7250 Lake Andrew Drive, Viera, FL 32940.
