It’s a sad day even now. I have been thinking about you and so has Bill. We love you, (we meaning all 3,000 truck drivers you knew). You are awesome. We love and forever miss you. I’m glad your page was still up because we would have never known. You are and were the best of the best. Thank you for all the good times you shared with all of us time to time. May you be restful in peace. You will be forever missed. We love you brother. Here’s 10 horn salute to you. I informed Bill and he is in shock and so am I.
