Obituary of Joseph R. Carlon

Joseph R. +óGé¼+ôPop+óGé¼-¥ Carlon, born in Oneida, NY, on May 26, 1923, passed peacefully on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at the age of 92. He served in the US Navy from 1944 to 1946 and retired from Civil Service at PAFB where he worked as a high voltage electrician. During this time he received the National Safety Council President+óGé¼Gäós Medal for the saving of human life in 1969. He is preceded in death by his wife, Alice Jane Carlon, and survived by his son, Neil R. Carlon; daughter, Rebecca J. Boyles; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
