On Jan 11, 2018 an angel got her wings. All my life, my mom believed that if you were a good person, and you were kind and honest and loving, when your time comes, you would go directly to Heaven and become an angel.
My mom went through her life with a happiness and optimism that few people have known. She believed there was good in all people.
If you were lucky enough to know her, your life has been blessed in ways you might never understand but one thing is for sure, you have been touched by an angel.
Born in Detroit, MI to her loving parents Tom and Mary Connolley, they traveled all over before finally settling in Wilmington, MA.
Her first husband William N. Pickowicz, died May 2, 1972. She remarried in Jan 1974 to John E. Conlon and they had a wonderful life together. John died Oct 14, 2017. They had been married for 45 years. Then on Feb 11, 2018, she passed away.
So now the bells are ringing, and the gates have opened and she now stands face to face with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. There is no pain, fear or sadness. The burdens of the world have gone and she is surrounded in light and love.
A soul as pure and loving as hers will soar to the Heavens and find its place with no doubt or hesitation. Eternal peace will fill her soul and lift her spirit above and beyond mortal consciousness.
We who are left behind should find comfort in knowing that she has moved on to a, “Better Place.” This is a place with no pain or sorrow or sickness.
Total Peace and Serenity. This is what she believed and right now, that is what I believe too.
We Love You So Much Mom
May God Bless You
