Obituary of Donna Louise Moore

Donna Louise Moore, 61, passed away Tuesday January 10th 2017 from a sudden illness. Born in Pittsburgh, Pa. lived in Lower Burrell, Pa, attended Burrell High School but graduated from Knox High, Pa in 1974. She moved to Florida in 1980 with her family and worked at Lucille Stone Realty as the executive secretary for three years before moving to Palm Bay, FL with her husband and two children. Donna then worked at Northrup Grumman as the administrative assistant in manufacturing for nine years and later Fox Janitorial for three years before retiring from the work force just six months ago, but her volunteer work continued on. Donna volunteered her time as an Apple Core worker at Lockmar Elementary School where her three sons attended. Donna also volunteered much of her time at her church, Wesley United Methodist located in West Melbourne, FL. She served on several committees, sang in the choir and was a Wesley United Methodist Puppeteer and behind the scenes expert for thirty years. Donna belonged to the Masonic Order of the Amaranth obtaining the accolade of Honor Lady (HL) and served the organization for 17 years including becoming the Royal Matron three times. She also was one of the leaders in the Campfire Organization for boys and girls for many years enjoying all the camping trips and games. Donna leaves behind her loving husband and soul mate Thomas L. Moore who has been with her for 43 years. Three loving sons Thomas L Moore II of Palm Bay, Michael R Moore of Miami and Joshua J.M. Moore of Palm Bay. Four grandchildren Robert, Laina, Johnathan and Adriana. A brother David L. Stone. Her parents Russell M. Stone and Lucille M. Stone who have greeted her in Heaven. She also leaves behind Nicolas Felizola and Wayne Clay who she adopted as her other sons and love them very much. Kurt and Marceda Smith and their family, Rob and Linda Moore and their family, the Wesley United Methodist Church and the Masonic Order of Amaranth became her extended Families. Calling hours will be from 12:00 pm until time of service at 1:00 pm on Saturday. January 21, 2017 at Wesley United Methodist Church, 2075 Meadowlane Road, West Melbourne.
