Obituary of Connie L. North

MRS. CONNIE L. NORTH passed away peacefully at home on 10/24/2017 in Cocoa, FL at the age of 62.  Connie is survived by her husband of 34 years Philip B. North; son Philip Matthew North and daughter-in-law Jennifer L. North; niece and nephew Steven and Delia Nugent; brother and sister-in-law Barb and Ren Nugent.  She is preceded in death by her mother Nona Guthrie and father William Guthrie. Connie was born on April 5, 1955 in Huntsville, Alabama to Mr. and Mrs. Guthrie.  Before moving to Florida, Connie began working for USBI as a Logistics Supervisor and finished her career in Florida at the Space Center under United Space Alliance as a Planner until 2011.  She was a unique individual who loved reading books.  She was also passionate about plants, animals, and motorcycles. “Butterflies are like guardian angels, easing their way up and descending from the sky, watching over their loved ones, as they gracefully fly by, from heaven to earth, they are in disguise, their beauty brightens the evening sky, butterflies during the day, stars during the night, they fill our hearts with love, warmth and everlasting light.” A celebration of life is scheduled for a later date and time.  All will be welcomed to attend and celebrate Connie’s life.
