Obituary of Bernadette A. McIntyre

Bernadette A. McIntyre, age 97, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2015, with her family by her side. Born in Chicago, Illinois, she moved to Florida with her husband, Frank McIntyre, in 1983. She served as a nurse during WWII with the US Army Nurse Corps. Her family includes her son, Larry (Beth) McIntyre; son Bruce (Marte Ferrier); step daughter, Jacqueline Strickland (Barry); sister, Norma Nelson; grandchildren, Molly McIntyre, Adam (Jamie Doster) McIntyre, Johanna Strickland (Jenny Bromley), Andee (Pete) Strickland-Boundy and Caurie Lundy; and her great grandchildren, William and Hollie Strickland-Boundy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank McIntyre; sister, Mildred Meyer; father, Louis Delfino and mother, Jennie Rossi.A service to celebrate her life is scheduled for 10:00 am on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, 1001 Hickory Street, Melbourne, FL. Father Michael Farrell will offer her final farewell.
