Obituary of Marjorie L. Johnson

Marjorie Leet Johnson went to rest under the gentle care of La Casa Assisted Living, Merritt Island Florida on Saturday, November 7, 2015. Marjorie was born in Petersburg, Virginia, February 27, 1926, the daughter of Albert Dennis and Ollie Mae Leet. She moved to the South Norfolk borough of Chesapeake in the late 1930+óGé¼Gäós. She graduated from South Norfolk High School where she played basketball, a sport she enjoyed watching all her life. After 25 years of service, she retired from American Bank and Stationary of Norfolk where she made many lifelong friends. She is survived by her son Roger S. Harrell of Cape Canaveral, FL, his wife Sharon, granddaughter Stephanie C Robinson of Merritt Island, FL and niece Patricia Hughes of Virginia Beach, VA.
