Obituary of Carrie Lynn Marie Bennett

On Monday, January 1, 2018, Carrie Lynn Marie Bennett, 27, found peace at William Child’s Hospice House. Born in Fort Smith, AR, in December of 1990, she has been a long-time resident of Palm Bay, Florida. Carrie grew up, made friends, started a family, lived and loved for 23 years in Florida. A devoted mother and dependable, hard worker, Carrie leaves behind many that loved and cherished her dearly. Her two cherished children, Colton McConnell and Lincoln Black, husband Justin Black, mother Deborah Bennett, grandmother Helen Breen, and brother Steven Bennett, Fort Smith,AR. In addition, she will be remembered with love by her many friends, which she had considered her chosen family. A celebration of Ms. Bennett’s life will be held at: Castaway Point Park, 2990 Bay Blvd NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905 on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 1:00pm. The candle that burns the brightest shines for only a short time, but illuminates everything it touches.
