Zella Virginia Parsons, age 95, from Indialantic, Florida, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019. She was born on April 2, 1923 in Lizemore, West Virginia to the late Russell H. and Mary Ellen Dorsey. Zella survived by her daughter, Sonjia L. Foster; grandson, James Smith Chancey; great granddaughter, Brooke Geer; great great grandson, Nicholas Geer and Granson, Daniel Todd Chancey.
