Obituary of Emily Semsey Strauss

Emily Semsey Strauss passed away unexpectedly at the age of 45 on January 13th 2017 in Palm Bay Florida. Emily was born in NY on November 19th 1971 and on that day the world became a better place. Emily touched so many people in her life. To know her was to love her. She was a dedicated caregiver and was always ready to lend a helping hand. Anyone who met Emily was forever touched by her kindness and love. Emily was an avid reader, she loved anything “Titanic” related as well as anything having to do with “JFK”. Bruno Mars was her favorite singer and recently, New Direction captured her interest. She leaves beautiful and happy memories in the hearts of her adoring family- Emily is survived by the love of her life, her husband and soul mate, Robert Strauss and her devoted mother and best friend, Eileen Walker as well as her grandmother Emily Rivera. She also leaves behind her loving brothers Roger Semsey, Danny Semsey, Christopher Semsey and Andy Walker. Emily is also survived by her many aunts, uncles and cousins. She will be dearly missed by her many nieces and nephews who all agree that Emily was world’s best “Auntie”. Rest in Peace, sweet Emily and thank you for letting us all be a part of your life.
