I can’t believe what I had just discovered. Dr. Tirado was both my husband and my doctor. We started seeing him in 2001. My heart breaks for his children and parents. When we moved to Tennessee in 2007 we continued to stay in touch with a phone call just to say hello. Dr. Tirado was never to busy even if he returned the call in evening hours so we could have longer conversations. I looked him up today to call him and to let him know my husband has passed. Never could I imagined to find our friend had passed. Dr Tirado, you will never be forgotten. A wonderful physician, a man of humor, laughter and strength. A strength he would tell us he gets from his mother.

Dr. Tirado would get me so mad for the time I had to wait to see him, sometimes over 1 hour after my appointment time. I used to hate going there to see him because he was so bad about keeping his appointment time. I could not, however, stay mad because he was so friendly, we talked about my hobbies, his hobbies, about baseball etc. I will truly miss him and the closeness with him I always felt when I left his office.

It was just today I found out that Dr. Tirado had passed on. I met him at the Palm Bay Hospital when I was admitted in October 2017. From then I started going to his private practice in Melbourne. He was a caring doctor who spent time with his patients. My condolence goes out to the Tirado family. He will be deeply missed & may his soul rest in peace.

I just learned this morning about Dr. Tirado’s passing. I am still in shock. He was a great doctor. He was also a kind-hearted, joyful and amazingly thought man. I knew Dr. Tirado when he was coaching little league my grandson was part of the team as well of his kids. He was a very caring and loving person great man. It was with great shock that I learned about Dr Reinaldo Tirado’s passing. I was a patient of his for a very short time, but can honestly say that I never met such a wonderful, caring and compassionate doctor. I never liked going to doctors, but doctor Tirado always made me feel at ease. He had a wonderful way with his patients, besides being brilliant. He will be sorely missed. I found out about his passing last Friday. I am still stunned. He was such a great person. He became my doctor after unfortunate diabetic incident several years ago. He got me on an insulin pump that has changed my life. I actually looked forward to seeing him every four months. I enjoyed our conversations about various topics. I will miss him.

I also just learned of Dr. Tirado’s sudden passing. I am devastated. This man was everything described above and more. He saved my life. I came to see him for what I thought was an under active Thyroid (which he stabilized for me) but, after bloodwork, and testing he suggested to get a Pet Scan (MRI) on my head…..turned out I had a massive Brain Tumor (non cancer meningioma)!!!! When I came out of surgery (it was successful and there was no cancer) he gave me the biggest Hug and said now to get everything working perfect so you can get back to your sports (i am a runner). My Neuro-Surgeon and my Endo (Tirado) worked together to fine tune and heal my problems. I cannot speak highly enough of this man. My family and I are truly saddened by his passing. I was looking forward to my routine checkup when I found out.

Rey, desde pequeños jugamos pelota en Castellana Gardens y nuestros padres nos guiaron hacia la adolescencia con esfuerzo y sudor. Nos enseñaron el valor del trabajo y la honradez. Mis más sentidos pésames. Dr. Tirado me dio el regalo de la vida, al ajustar mis hormonas y finalmente lograr un embarazo exitoso cuando yo no lo creía posible. Ese fue un orgullo para el. El mismo me lo dijo muchas veces.

Tirado Family,
Your father/ son was my doctor for years. I will always be grateful for him and his care. He will truly be missed. When I first came to see him he diagnosed me with something before even blood work to confirm it but he was right.
He is the very best endocrinologist in Brevard County. He actually spends time with his patients and not treat them like a number. Of course I will always remember him being late to his patients but I that is okay. He always had smile and cheerful attitude. Thank you for sharing your son and father with his patients.

I first want to thank you for sharing your loving caring son and father with all of us who love him . Thank You .
I cannot imagine the devastation you are dealing with and my heart is broken for you. Dr Tirado saved my life in the emergency room about 17 years ago. I am now 80 years old and wishing I could now give him back some of those years he gave to me. He was a fabulous man he spoke of his family to me on many occasions ,he was so very proud of his children and had such adoring love for his parents . His mom was his rock and heart , his dad his teacher and mentor . He had such love ! My soul hurts for the loss of him . I pray that your hearts may be healed by the grace of Our Lord Jesus and know that your hearts will be healed . There are so many of us who love your son . Bravo to you for a job well done . I for one will pray for you all everyday , it is the least I can do for all you have given me .

Dear Bernadine-Tirado Family
Our hearts are broken. Your son and father took care of us since he started practicing at Omni Health. We just loved him and his staff, which is a reflection of our dear doctor.
We will not be able to attend his funeral, and are so very sorry, but know that we will hold him in prayer the rest of our lives.
Sebastian and Siara, how very proud of you,dad was. We always asked for a report on how you were both doing.
Mr. and Mrs. Tirado, how he loved you! Thank you for giving us a wonderful man to care for us.
