Obituary of Fletcher Wayne Slemp

Fletcher Wayne Slemp was born in Abingdon, Virginia on June 19, 1936. Wayne grew up in Easley, South Carolina where he met the love of his life, Dora Juanita Dill. They married July 12, 1956. They had three sons, Steve, Anthony and Sean. After Sean was born, they move to Miami, Florida. Wayne spent his career in the shoe industry, owning his own shoe salon. They relocated and eventually ended up in Palm Bay, Florida. Wayne loved spending time with family. He is survived by spouse Juanita, son Sean, sisters Betty and Bennie; daughter in law Daysi and son in law Albert. He was preceded by sons Steve and Tony. The Memorial Service will be on Saturday the 16th at 4pm. It will take place at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care 1001 South Hickory Street, Melbourne, Florida 321-724-2222.
